Delivery rates

Standard delivery is free for Chapter and Page reading lights to Europe, the United States and Canada. Delivery to other destinations is USD 9.99 per order, converted to your checkout currency where applicable. The same rate applies when ordering both lights together. Import duties or local customs fees are not included unless checkout explicitly says otherwise.

International delivery

We offer international delivery, subject to carrier service and address availability. Enter your full address at checkout. If your address is not available, contact Pouncey-store@proton.me before ordering.

Orders are dispatched through our international fulfilment network. Please allow approximately 1–3 processing days and 5–20 days in transit, depending on destination. These are estimates, not guarantees. Use a physical street address rather than a PO box. Items may arrive in separate parcels.

Customs and local charges

Shipping included does not mean customs duties, import taxes or local fees are included. These may be payable by the recipient where applicable.

Returns and order help

Contact Pouncey-store@proton.me with your order number before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions. For damaged or incorrect items, include photos of the item and packaging. Return eligibility and deadlines are set out in our refund policy.
